Brownies



1/3 Cup Almond Flour
1/3 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Palm Shortening
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
pinch of Sea Salt
1/3 cup of Sweetener of Choice - {brown or white sugar, agave or honey}
2 eggs
1/4 cup of Coconut Milk

Preheat Oven to 350.
Lightly Spray a 8 by 8 pan and set aside.

Whisk the Flours and Salt.
Whisk the Milk, Eggs and Vanilla.
Whisk in Shortening with the Milk mixture....add the sweetener.
Combine Milk Mixture with Flour Mixture.

Bake for about 30 minutes.
