Perfect, Perfect, Perfect.
I love, love, love these!!
There was a recipe for no bake cocoa almond cookies in the magazine,
'delicious living'. It called for Oats and some other ingredients that I
left out and/or altered to my liking.
These are excellent!
To make about 6 nice sized cookies....
{to make a dozen, double the recipe}
3 Tbsp. of sweetener of choice - sugar, honey, agave...
3 Tbsp. of Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp. of Coconut or Almond Milk
3 Tbsp. of Cocoa Powder
pinch of Sea Salt.
Bring these ingredients to a simmer and let simmer for only about 1 minute;
stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add -
1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract, 3 Tbsp. of Almond Butter and
about 1 & 1/4 cups of Gluten Free Rice Krispies.
Mix together.
Scoop onto a baking sheet lined with Parchment Paper
and Refridgerate for a while.
Store in Refridgerator.
