Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins


Preheat Oven to 350.
Makes 6 muffins.

In one Bowl, whisk 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. of Almond Flour, a pinch of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spices, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 2 tbsp. of dark chocolate chips.

In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs until fluffy, 1/4 cup of Pumpkin (I used Whole Foods 365 Brand) and 2-3 tbsp. of Honey.

Combine.

Bake for about 18 minutes.
